What began as Intuitive Music Therapy has evolved into a holistic space dedicated to helping you regulate your nervous system and find your center. Over the years, I’ve expanded my toolkit to combine Music Therapy with Biofield Tuning and Massage, offering integrative care tailored to what your body and mind need in the moment.
But this space is about more than just therapy. The ".co" stands for what matters most: Connect, Community, Collaborate, Communicate, Create, and approach life with Compassionate understanding. We aren't meant to heal in isolation. Here, we build community to support, heal, and navigate the ongoing stresses of life together.
